Heather Miller

Welcome! I’m Heather. My passion for weddings all started in my grandmother’s wedding dress boutique at the age of four. Today, that passion has transformed into a well-established business and a dream team of professional wedding planners and designers. 

I have the two most perfect little girls, Mia and Sunny. Our days are spent traveling the globe or boating on the water. My cocktail of choice is a tie between an Aperol spritz and a fresh bottle of champagne! My hidden talent is bustling a broken dress in two minutes flat.

To become a successful and trusted planner, I had to research every element of a wedding day. For years, I worked behind the scenes as an assistant to photographers, DJs, caterers and even wedding venues, all while being a part-time planner for my own clients. In 2005, I left my corporate job and set off to create a crew of fearless and fabulous ladies who could help me build a company that was not only trustworthy, but design-driven and personable. I have personally trained every lead on my team and shared the secrets I have learned that continue to set us apart in this industry.

My overall style is timeless with pops of bold elements. I live for those small details that will give your wedding day a high-end finish, leaving your guests feeling awe-inspired. I believe your day should be a reflection of you and your fiancé, not what everyone else sees on Pinterest. I work hard to pull out what makes you a couple and paint it all over your special day!

Audrey Anderson

I’m Audrey, a devoted lemonade fan who actually takes the “when life gives you lemons” motto literally. I live on my husband's family farm with our little boy Jacob, and our dachshund Franklin.Life on the farm is anything but dull—there’s no shortage of stories to tell.

After years of  resistance, my husband now fully embraces my love of detailed travel itineraries, endless to-do lists, color-coded calendars, and perfectly labeled storage boxes. I may lean a bit type-A, but when it comes to planning, that’s exactly what you want in your corner.

My style blends modern simplicity with cheerful pops of color and a touch of Southern charm. On wedding days, I pride myself on staying a step ahead and keeping even the rowdiest groomsmen in line. I’ve witnessed more weddings than most people will in a lifetime, yet I still get goosebumps every time a bride makes that walk down the aisle.

I came into this wedding world in 2016 as an assistant to Heather. I have soaked up all the tricks, behind the scenes details, and tidbits of knowledge from our team to enhance my skills and overall relationships with my clients. Since 2018, I have had the privilege of creating special bonds with my own brides. I love really diving into who they are in order to create a one-of-a-kind event for them!

Hi babes! I'm Christen, your behind-the-scenes BFF on your big day. I love love and Veuve (and yes that rhymes)! I've have had a passion for wedding details ever since I planned my own in 2018 alongside our fabulous leader, Heather. I'm no stranger to a good party and know what needs to be done to take an event to the next level. My eye for detail and infectious personality will make your special moments shine like they should. Wedding days I can be found running around making sure everything is as you’ve pictured it. I love traveling, photography, and suggesting “let’s just get a bottle!” As a wedding guest I’m the ultimate hype woman found either at the Photo Booth or dancing the night away. Hey there! I’m Sarah, here to help make your wedding day perfect! I have loved planning for as long as I can remember. I am extremely detail-oriented and a bit of a perfectionist. I love traveling with my husband and friends, and I am always in charge of making the group's itinerary. I was lucky enough to plan my destination wedding with some assistance from one of the amazing planners on our team, Audrey! I can’t wait to help ensure your wedding is as carefree as it is beautiful!

Lauren Harris

My name is Lauren and I’m addicted to buying coffee table books that I don’t read. I love olive green and making lists. I love to travel and I’m extremely organized about my packing. Like, I packed a carry-on suitcase for two weeks in Italy thanks to my detailed itinerary, complete with daily outfit selections.

I’m a boy mama to Asher Charles and Everett James! I believe in reading the book before seeing the movie. I will always say “yes” to a look at the dessert menu and will be ecstatic if it includes blueberry pie.

I lived by the Marie Kondo philosophy of surrounding yourself only with what brings you joy before it was a thing (hair flip). That philosophy, coupled with the fact that I’m definitely the “blunt friend,” have been useful qualities when it comes to wedding planning! I hate seeing my couples stressed about the tiny little details that won’t make a difference, so I’ll definitely tell you what’s important and what’s not. I love when there are personalized, meaningful touches to a wedding day. I believe there is elegance in simplicity. I advocate that less is more, but I do believe in having one major, show-stopping design element!

Caitlin Lawrence

Hi! I’m Caitlin.  I’m the wife of an amazing man and mom of two beautiful children. From homeschooling to everyday adventures, my kids keep my life full of love and excitement and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m a native to Southern Maryland and enjoy all the Maryland clichés like boating and Old Bay. I prefer coffee over tea, red wine over white, baking over cooking, and am perfectly fine with watching Friends reruns all day.

In 2015, I worked my first wedding with Heather. I helped at one wedding and then another, and before I knew it, I started learning all the ins and outs of what it takes to be a successful wedding planner. As a former elementary school teacher, I know what it really means to be organized, have events run smoothly, and to always have a Plan B that is just as amazing as Plan A. On wedding days you’ll find me taking care of all the details, big and small. A wedding is incredibly special and I’m honored to help our couples have a day full of joy and most importantly, no stress!

I am a sucker for the daddy daughter dance and will always sneak a peak at the groom's expression when his bride walks down the aisle (cue the tears). Hi there! I’m Samantha, and I am a recent bride who absolutely fell in love with the wedding planning process during my own wedding planning journey! I am a type-A gal who loves a schedule and a detailed plan, and has a passion for finding beauty in all the little details. I am all for a good DIY project to achieve a beautiful look for less, in both weddings and my daily life.

Summer Carey

Hey Y’all, I’m Summer! I’m blessed to be a wife to the sweetest man I’ve ever known and a mama to the most gorgeous baby girl. I love Jesus, weekend getaways with my husband, and a good latte. 

I believe punctuality is extremely important (if you’re on time, you’re late!) and I’m more than likely the first to arrive at any event. I think scheduled fun is the best kind of fun, an over-the-top pair of earrings belong with most outfits, and that pink goes with just about anything! 

I’m a former Hitched Co bride who fell in love with all things wedding planning after working with Lauren to curate the wedding of my dreams (like, seriously, I couldn’t have done it without her). In 2024, I joined The Hitched Company and assisted Lauren for the first time while seven months pregnant! You won’t find a more fabulous team of women and I’m thrilled to be a part of it!
