Wedding cakes are a thing of the past! When it comes to wedding cake, those five-tiered, gravity-defying, ginormous cakes are now considered vintage. In recent years, we've seen small round cakes for the newlyweds to cut with sheet cakes to serve to guests. Now, we're seeing weddings with no cake at all. Newlyweds don't even care about cutting a cake, they just want people to have a yummy sweet treat with no interrupted dance floor time. Think passed ice cream sandwiches, cookies and milk, and individual servings of bite-sized desserts.
